Charles Heuchan moved to Clearwater, Florida from St. Louis in 1977 and since, has called the Tampa Bay area home. Growing up here, Charley has developed a bond to this region and so is reflected in his career and his allegiance to the real estate business.  Charley is a Licensed Mortgage Broker a Certified Residential Appraiser as well as an active Licensed Realtor and has been involved in the local real estate industry throughout most of his life.  With the experience of these professions, his clients can be sure to expect efficient yet effective results.

Upon graduation from Clearwater High School and then the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with graduate studies in Public Administration, Charles acquired his Realtor license and went promptly to work as a commercial real estate broker at the local firm of  Klein & Heuchan, Inc., Realtors. Here he worked with and built a consistent portfolio of both listings and clientele, drew up contracts, negotiated workable leases and assisted clients in the valuation, acquisition, disposition and leasing of all real property (Office, industrial, retail, vacant land, and residential).

After several years in the commercial real estate profession, Chuck became increasingly interested in the valuation side and decided to pursue his appraiser's designation.  Still, he wished to remain active in the brokerage side and joined with a national residential company in conjunction with the valuation as opposed to the marketing of real estate.  Concentrating now on appraisal work, he was chosen to work side-by-side with a local Certified General Appraiser for over three years and received his Certified Residential Appraiser designation soon thereafter.  In this time Charles completed over 5,000 hours of documented appraisal and valuation work and thousands of justifiable appraisals while maintaining professional relationships with most of the credible lending institutions and brokerage firms on a day to day basis.

Charley still continues to further his education and knowledge with post licensure courses, seminars, and conventions and thrives on the "learning something new everyday" outlook.  As each real estate transaction is unique and requires expert perspective.
